This session is a preview of the International Podcar City Conference to be held in Ithaca on September 14-16. The event is a preliminary conversation with Syracuse area citizens about the potential economic and environmental impacts that the manufacturing, construction and utilization of a comprehensive PRT (personal rapid transit) network would have on our region.
