Accelerated Green Belt Training (Lean-Six Sigma & Structured Problem Solving)
This in-depth sixty-four hour workshop combines a comprehensive classroom presentation with practical application through project exercises. We introduce the basic concepts of Lean Six Sigma and demonstrate the tools and methodology to successfully apply them within the DMAIC process improvement framework. Participants will complete simulated projects while participating in the classroom experience and applying the learned skills.
