Intro to Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
In this course, participants will first receive an overview of Value Stream Mapping and learn how principles might be applied to a specified product family in their company. The course familiarizes participants on how to gather the information required to eliminate all non-value adding waste and how to use the information to plan the implementation of Lean activities.
