In this course, participants will receive an introduction to Set-up Reduction/Quick Changeover. In this class they become familiar with the fundamental principles of set-up reduction. The course definies set-up, and participants will discuss reasons and barriers to reducing set-up time.

The green economy is moving fast. What are you doing to capitalize on it?

Do you have a concept for a new green product or service, but need help refining your business plan? Could you benefit from some expert assistance by a professional business counselor?

The Clean Tech Center, in conjunction with the US Small Business Administration (SBA) and the NYS Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is once again hosting monthly "Green Business Development Days" for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Entrepreneurs and business owners will be able to meet with a counselor from the SBDC to obtain advice about business planning, financing, access to federal contracts and other SBA programs. "Green Business Development" counseling sessions are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month at the Tech Garden. Meetings are by appointment.
