Program Overview:
How do you create a NASCAR “pit crew” out of your set-up teams? This workshop will help participants learn the same principles through Setup Reduction and the Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) system used by the experts. Learn how to apply the Changeover Improvement Process in your operations.
