Accelerate 2008 offers an opportunity to educate consumers, promote exciting products and technologies and foster innovative solutions that impact economic vitality, social equity and environmental stewardship in our region.

Kaizen Basics participants will gain an understanding of the value stream, how to seek out the eight wastes and how to utilize ‘lean’ tools to conduct a successful Kaizen Event. They will learn how to identify a good project and use the Shingijutsu Method to conduct a Kaizen event, including what should be in place prior to launching the event.
